Fading Kitten Syndrome

Knowing the Importance of Blood Cats, fading Kitten Syndrome is an event of the death of a kitten a few days up to 7 days after birth due to differences in blood type with its parent.

It turns out that cats also have some kind of blood type. There are three kinds of blood type found in cats , namely A , B and AB. In the United States , 95 % of domestic cats and has a mix of blood group type A. All races Siamese cats , Burmese , Tonkinese , American Short hair and Oriental Short hair so far known to have blood type A.

Approximately 50 % thoroughbred race cats including Persian race , Devon Rex , Sphynx , Abyssinian , Cornish Rex , Exotic Short hair , Birman , and Somali have blood type B.So far , the equipment / kit to determine the blood group type of cat has not been found in Indonesia . While there Cattery or an experienced breeder who buy their own equipment from abroad for the benefit of its Cattery.

Blood type A cat is more dominant than the type B. Therefore, if one parent cats have different blood types , most likely the kittens have blood type A.

As with humans , cats also have immune substances ( antibodies ) against the natural blood group other than his own . Mating cats with different blood groups are at risk of death due to kittens this antibody .

Type A is more dominant than B In cats , blood type A is more dominant than the blood group B. Therefore, when the male and female cats have different blood groups ( A and B or AB ),
the possibility of birth cat has blood type A.

A breeder should just keep the cat with blood type A. Female cat blood type B can only be mated with a male with blood type B as well. 

Males ( A ) X Females ( A ) - > secure marriage with a male cat with a female Blood type A blood group A, will produce kittens with the same blood type . It is not dangerous , kittens can survive and live normally.

Male ( B ) X Females ( A ) - > secure marriage with a male cat with a female Blood type B blood group A , will produce kittens with blood type A ( because A is more dominant than It is harmless , can be safely and kittens with a normal life.

Male ( B ) X females ( B ) - > secure marriage with a male cat with a female Blood type B blood group B , will produce kittens with blood type B. It is not dangerous , kittens can survive and live normally.

Males ( A ) X females ( B ) - > Fading Kitten Syndrome Mating male cat with blood type A and blood group B females , will produce kittens with blood type A ( because A is more dominant than . This is dangerous , because the blood group mother's blood type is different with children.

In the milk produced by the parent antibodies ( antibodies ). In milk also contained antibodies to different blood groups.

If the stem blood group B and A son , from mother 's milk will destroy the blood cells kittens for different blood types. Milk from the parent instead of being energy and food for the child , even a killer for kittens.
The kittens will die within a few days after eating its mother. This is called Fading Kitten Syndrome.

Two monts ago, I had experience in Sobron. I went to " Pondok" Sobron at 06.00 a.m by bus and arrived at 07.00 a.m. I was in Sobron for four days.

In Sobron I got many new things such as new friends, the knowledge about Islam and many more. But thevactivities in Sobron made me so tired. Start with prayed tahajud at 03.00 a.m until the material about Islam at 09.00, then I slept. In Sobron the did the all activities together, slept together in one room, ate together with the same menu and studied together in one class. One class consist of so students.

Finally, yhe fourth day came, and I back to my home at 04.00 p.m by bus.
